For the time being you will still need to sign up for a group via the &#8220;<strong>MyRunningClub<\/strong>&#8221; app.  We will continue to review the structure of our Plod Nights as lockdown measure change and keep you updated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have not yet signed up to the app and want to attend a Plod Night you will need to create your own \u00a0login ID and include your own and emergency contact details.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Great news, as the lockdown eases the number of runners who can participate in each of our pacing groups on our plods has increased from 6 to 10.
