Parkrun is a free, weekly, 5km timed run. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.

These events take place in pleasant parkland surroundings, they encourage people of every ability to take part just like us; they welcome you all.

Plum Plodders are frequent park runners, with the majority of Plums attending the Worcester Woods (our Parkrun home) but we can also be seen as “Purple Plum’s Parkrun Tourists” in many other venues across the Parkrun network of events.

If you’re interested in signing up to run at an existing parkrun event check out the nearest weekly events Worcester Parkrun at Worcester Woods Country Park, Worcester Pitchcroft at Worcester Racecourse, Evesham Parkrun (Boat Lane), or Cheltenham Parkrun in Pitville Park.

All it takes is a few details to become registered and allocated a bar code and you can then turn up at any of the Parkrun events. Just remember to take your bar code with you to the run!
