Regular sessions available Monday, Wednesday & Friday
If you are completely new to running or an existing runner who wants to join us then please do come along to one of our Plod nights on Monday or Wednesday, where someone will be on hand to meet you and set you off in the correct group. We generally meet in Pershore Abbey car park at 18:00 unless specified otherwise ย (please note there are no toilets available at the car park).ย If you have any questions then please contact us either via the link on this web site or email directly to pershoreplumplodders@gmail.com.
We have qualified LIRF leaders who take out different paced groups (subject to run leader availability) ranging from:
- 8 min/milesย
- 9 min/miles
- 10 min/miles
- 11 min/miles
- 12 min/miles
- 13 min/miles
- Jog and Walk

Once a month (2nd Monday of the month) we meet at Nunnery Wood Running track at 18:30 for structure interval training.ย
You must listen to instructions given at the start of the plod to make sure you are in the correct group and then listen to any instructions given to you before, during and after by the group leader.
PLEASE NOTE:
**For summer running or any hot weather running, please ensure that you stay hydrated before, during and after you run and put on any sun cream / insect repellent that you need to help protect yourself.ย
**For winter running and dark evening running, please ensure that you wear something bright and reflective and wear a head or body torch โ this is a must for your safety!
During winter, the lack of daylight is an important factor so we do have routes more suitable for this time of year, and as such these tend to be more road/tarmac based.
