The Pershore Plum Plodders “home” venue is Worcester Woods where every Saturday you will find between 20 and 50 members enjoying a lovely morning run followed by a chat with a coffee and often a piece of cake. We are easy to spot by the sea of purple so if you fancy joining us then please do come along !
We also have strong Plum representation at our other close Parkruns in Evesham orΒ Worcester Pitchcroft.
We occasionally organise club tourist runs, usually the 1st Saturday of the month where a number of us go and run at a different venue. These are publicised below and on the club Facebook Events page under the Title: PPPprT (“Pershore Plum Plodders parkrun Tourism”). Generally they are relatively local, and within an easy drive of our core area, but on occasion, we organise trips further afield which may involve a coach/mini bus
We do try to car share, and travel together as appropriate, otherwise look out for the details which will include location details, and usually info on parking and facilities, as well as a link to the website of the event.
We aim to get to the parkrun event by approximately 8:40am, so we can get a Group photo, and be in time for the First Time & Run Director’s briefings, to ensure we have any updates on the course and conditions.
Please note, this list is monitored regularly, and we may need to amend to ensure best attendance, and as stated, any changes are communicated on the PPP FB page.
